U.S. National Initiative

The United States of America National Initiative (US-ANI) is a nationwide economic development and national security strategy to strengthen America’s economic resilience, protect U.S. industries, and restore the nation’s competitive position in global commerce.

For more than two decades, global markets have relied on the strength of the American economy—its innovation, consumption power, and stability—while many U.S. regions have simultaneously faced economic strain.

Today, California wineries are experiencing saturation, manufacturing corridors are losing ground to foreign supply chains, rural communities face declining capital, and small and mid-sized businesses are increasingly targeted by sophisticated foreign cybercrime. US-ANI responds to these challenges by establishing a unified, state-centered development model that engages government agencies, chambers of commerce, law enforcement networks, educational institutions, nonprofits, and industry partners to build durable local and national growth.

The initiative integrates military-grade cybersecurity into business ecosystems, revitalizes America’s industrial and supply-chain capabilities, and expands fair, reciprocal global market access for U.S. producers. It also aligns higher education and workforce systems to prepare American talent for modern economic demands.

After 20 years of supporting worldwide growth, the United States now enters a new era—one in which American states, industries, and communities finally benefit from the global markets they have long empowered.

Created by Dornford Walker II, the United States of America National Initiative stands as a national call for leaders across government, industry, academia, and civil society to join in building a stronger, more secure, and globally competitive American future.

Call to Action

The United States stands at a decisive moment. For two decades, our innovation, our workforce, and our markets have powered global prosperity—often without receiving equal benefit in return. The United States of America National Initiative is the beginning of a new chapter, one in which every state, every industry, and every community participates fully in the opportunities of the world economy. But this work cannot be done by any single institution alone. It requires coordinated leadership across government, enterprise, academia, and civil society.

We call on state and local officials, industry executives, chambers of commerce, university leaders, research institutions, law enforcement partners, nonprofit organizations, and community voices to join us in this national effort. Together, we can rebuild American economic strength, secure our digital infrastructure, restore competitive advantage for U.S. producers, and ensure that American communities—not foreign competitors—benefit from the world markets we have sustained for decades.

Now is the time to step forward.

Now is the time to collaborate.
